Darryl Opens Mouth and Once Again Fans Flames of Controversy
Dear Darryl Strawberry,
In the midst of a great tragedy, you managed, once again, to open your mouth and insert your cleats. I wonder what your brother, who is an LAPD officer, thinks about your comment to let L.A. burn.
Why don’t you just stay in Arizona year round? Your career has gone up in smoke since you arrived here, and as far as burning goes, the Dodgers were burned when they signed you to a contract.

Darryl, you don’t want to live here anymore, don’t play here anymore. Peter O’Malley, you should take Darryl’s remaining two-year salary of $8 million and donate it to the fire victims of Altadena, Laguna, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Malibu, etc.
