Under the state Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, Ventura County must report each week the toxic and potentially toxic materials discharged. The discharges are investigated by the county Environmental Health Division. DATE: Oct. 11 LOCATION: Well No. 247, School Canyon Road, Ventura MATERIAL: 1.5 barrels of crude oil DATE: Oct. 25 LOCATION: 2251 N. Oxnard Blvd., Oxnard MATERIAL: 20 gallons of sewage DATE: Oct. 26 LOCATION: 418 Manzanita Ave., Ventura MATERIAL: 20 gallons of sewage
