Bomb Kills 7 in India

NEW DELHI —
A bomb exploded at a railroad station in northeastern India on Monday, killing at least seven people and wounding 41, United News of India said. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
The border state is the base of a guerrilla movement by Naga tribesmen who want to create an independent homeland.
