Arkansas farmer John E. Tull Jr. will be nominated to be a member of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, President Clinton has announced. Tull owns a diversified farming operation in Lonoke, Ark., and sits on the board of directors of the European subcommittee of the Arkansas Rice Council.
