Re: “Service with a Scripted Smile” (Oct. 28): Give me a scripted smile any day rather than a heartfelt glare from a sullen grouch.
If a company’s stock and reputation rise as a result of the success and good spirit generated by the scripted smile policy, the company may not have to close and put the glarers out of work.
