Where Is Electric Car?

Share

With all the pressure to improve cars and wonderful advancement in computers, I don’t understand why they can’t come up with a practical electric car.

As a young boy in Pasadena in the 1930s, I remember scooting around town with mother in a Detroit Electric. One day I even went with grandfather and Mr. Thomas Edison. At the end of the day, grandfather’s chauffeur would plug it into the electric socket and it was ready to go the next morning for more pollution-free miles.
