Jay L. Kester has resigned as president...

Jay L. Kester has resigned as president of worldwide marketing at Cherokee Inc., a post he was only recently appointed to. Since 1981 Kester had been executive vice president at Cherokee Inc. and president of a division called Cherokee Apparel, which Kester started with former Cherokee Chairman Robert Margolis. Margolis also resigned earlier this month.
