Deer Hunter Claims He Killed Wife Accidentally

CONNELLSVILLE, Pa. —
A man said he accidentally killed his wife as the two hunted deer in southwestern Pennsylvania. Alvin Vance Jr. of Mt. Pleasant said his gun fired unexpectedly Monday, striking his 39-year-old wife, Cathy Louise Vance, in the chest. The Pennsylvania Game Commission was investigating the incident.
