University Targets Housing Site: Cal State Fullerton needs housing for faculty and staff and has selected the Olinda Heights planned community proposed by Santa Fe Energy Resources Inc. as the target site. The draft environmental impact report for the master planned community has just been released by Brea city planners and is now subject to a 60-day review period.

If all goes smoothly, construction of the community, which could contain as many as 1,150 homes, could begin in 1995. The university’s project would be included in that total, although school officials haven’t specified how many homes they want to build.
