FISH REPORT : Two Lakes Brimming With Largemouth Bass

The good bite for largemouth bass continued at Lake Castaic and returned at Lake Casitas as Southland lakes entered their winter seasons this week.

For trout, Lake Wohlford’s opening weekend was topped by a 10-pound 8-ounce rainbow landed by Sam Itami of Chula Vista. Irvine Lake and Lake Piru also were good.
