* Chuck Paterson has been promoted to district manager of the Burlington Air Express’s Garden Grove station, overseeing sales and operations activity for Orange County and the Inland Empire. He had been sales manager in Los Angeles for the past 2 1/2 years. In addition, Earl Atlas has been appointed manager of training and development at the corporate office in Irvine. He was formerly a senior training specialist.
