‘Chronos’ Pictures History of Civilization

“Chronos” returns to the IMAX Theater at the California Museum of Science and Industry, 700 State Drive, on Jan. 21 at 8 p.m.
The film, directed by award-winning filmmaker Michael Stearns (“Koyaanisqatsi”), follows the development of human civilization from Egypt and the Southwestern United States to the modern-day societies of North America and Europe through time-lapse photography.
