On Dec. 23, police found 22-year-old Archie M. Tupu on the floor of his garage in the 8300 block of Fontainbleau Avenue in Cypress. Tupu had been shot three times and, although conscious, was paralyzed from the waist down. He is in stable condition at UCI Medical Center.
