The corporate shake-up at Capitol Records may be old news by now, but sources at the EMI Music-owned label say executives are still getting their house in order. While the multimillion-dollar renovation of offices for newly installed President Gary Gersh and EMI head honcho Charles Koppelman and his East Coast staff is nearly complete, rumors are running through the industry that construction of an upscale gourmet restaurant and tourist shop on top of the landmark tower will soon begin.
