* Bernard Kreitzer and Jay M. Allsup have joined the board of directors of Security Environmental Systems Inc., a Huntington Beach company that transports and disposes of hazardous waste. The appointments fill both a vacancy on the board and a newly created position, increasing the number of directors to four. Kreitzer, who is involved in consulting and board directorships, earlier co-founded Structural Engineering and Design Co., National Sport Aircraft Inc. and a polyurethane company. He also served as president of Stearman Aircraft Industries and Doron Plastics, a subsidiary of A&E; Pack. Allsup is director of finance at Lund Industries Inc., a Minnesota manufacturer of truck accessories. Previously, Allsup was chief financial officer and treasurer of Standun Inc., group financial vice president for Southwestern General Corp. and an auditor for Arthur Anderson and Co.
