Gasoline Prices Drop: The average price of gasoline, including all grades and taxes, was $1.0949 a gallon last week, down 1.29 cents from the previous survey, industry analyst Trilby Lundberg of the Lundberg Survey said. The trend of price drops is slowing and has bottomed out in some areas, Lundberg said. An upward price turnaround has also made a showing in Midwestern and Gulf Coast states, she said. At self-serve pumps, average prices per gallon were: regular unleaded $1.021; mid-grade unleaded $1.1389; premium unleaded $1.2198; regular leaded $1.0369.
