BioSource’s Warrants for Stock Exercised

BioSource International Inc., a Camarillo producer of immunological reagents and test kits used in biomedical research, reports that warrants to purchase 700,000 shares of its common stock were exercised last month for a total price of $932,000.

James Chamberlain, president and chief executive, said the purchases mean “practically all” of BioSource’s outstanding warrants have been exercised.
