SAN FERNANDO : Man, Woman Face Trial in Drug Case
A man and a woman are facing trial in San Fernando Municipal Court after being charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine and cocaine for sale, authorities said.
Deputy Dist. Atty. Rob Dver said Norberto Garcia, 39, and Maria Segovia, 33, were taken into custody last week after police searched a home in the 1300 block of Woodworth Street in San Fernando. About two pounds of methamphetamine and an ounce of cocaine were found during the search, Dver said. The arrests came as a result of an investigation by a task force of several police departments.
