Memorial Set for Dancer Osborne

NEWPORT BEACH — A memorial service for ballet dancer Gregory Osborne will be held Thursday at Pacific View Memorial Park.
Osborne, who died Saturday at the age of 39, will be remembered in the 4 p.m. service at the funeral home, 3500 Pacific View Drive.
The world-famous dancer was raised in Newport Beach and died there. A guest artist in many of the world’s most prestigious dance companies, he became a favorite in the traditional dance repertoire. He made several homecoming appearances through the years in Orange County.
In lieu of flowers, family members asked that donations be made to the AIDS Services Foundation/Orange County.
