Honda May Double Stake in Rover: The Japanese car maker, which already owns 20% of British Aerospace-owned Rover, is in talks about raising its holdings to about 40%, the Sunday Times of London reported. That would give Honda effective management control of the car and Land Rover four-wheel drive business.
