Prize Winner

Daniel Puzo’s brilliant analysis of food safety concerns in the United States (“America’s Food Supply” Jan. 6) should win him a journalistic prize.

Faithfully, in the pages of the Food section, he has calmly and lucidly alerted us to be aware--of tainted mollusks, of suspect hamburgers.

His latest article was a page-turner for me. Incredibly complex data coalesced into matter for reflection and action.
