Rancho Santiago’s Jesse Gomez, an All-State offensive lineman, has signed a letter of intent to attend USC.

He becomes the second Orange County community college player to sign with USC. Israel Ifeanyi, a defensive end from Orange Coast, also will play for the Trojans.

Gomez, from Santa Ana High, started 20 games for Rancho Santiago at center over two years.
