McCaw to Pay Big-Time Bonuses: McCaw Cellular Communications Inc. plans to pay $113 million in bonuses to top executives, including $15 million to Chairman Craig McCaw. The bonuses will be paid over two years, with the initial payment to come when McCaw completes its $12.6-billion merger with American Telephone & Telegraph Co., according to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The merger is expected to be completed by next summer.
