Hamburger Hamlets Executive Resigns: President Paul M. Brockman has left the restaurant chain to pursue other business opportunities, the company said. Thomas A. McFall, the firm’s chairman and chief executive, has assumed the additional post of president. The company said it has cut top management salaries by an average of 12.5% and frozen all employees’ wages in a bid to revitalize its earnings. The company said it expects to report revenue of $16.9 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 26, compared to $16.5 million for the same period a year ago. The Sherman Oaks-based chain operates 35 restaurants in California, Chicago, Washington and Las Vegas.
