The San Clemente parent company of Mariners Bank posted a profit of $703,000 for 1993, down 13% from the $812,000 for 1992. For the fourth quarter, profit dropped 9%, to $192,000 from $210,000. Total assets as of Dec. 31 were $82.1 million, 8% less than the $89.5 million recorded at the end of 1992.
