Rockwell International Corp.: In a move intended to take advantage of better financing opportunities, the Seal Beach company said it will redeem $200 million in notes early.

The company said late last week that it will redeem on March 15 all of its outstanding 7.5% notes, due in 1997. The redemption price is 100% of the principal amount of each note plus interest accrued through March 15.

Chemical Bank in New York, trustee for the notes, is the redemption and paying agent.
