Man Steals Firetruck, Is Nabbed After Chase

FAIRMONT, W. Va. —
A man broke into a fire station, stole a fire tanker truck, crashed it through the garage door and led police on a 30-minute chase before being stopped at a highway roadblock, authorities said.
Police said the chase Thursday reached speeds of 70 m.p.h. No one was injured.
Randall F. Ostrich, 27, was charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny, drunk driving, driving with an expired license and failure to yield.
