* William B. Ashworth has joined Elsinore Aerospace Services in Newport Beach as vice president, systems integration. Ashworth initially will be based in both Elsinore’s Chatsworth and Seattle offices. Before joining the company, he was vice president, engineering and quality assurance, for Lucas Aviation in Santa Barbara. During his five years with Lucas, he also served as acting president and general manager during a restructuring program. Before that, Ashworth was with the Federal Aviation Administration for 15 years.
