Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. paid Stanley Gault, its chairman and chief executive officer, a bonus of more than $1 million in 1993, the company’s proxy statement shows. Goodyear also boosted Gault’s salary 6.9% to $935,000, from $875,000 in 1992. . . . Defense contractor Loral Corp. said it has completed the previously announced acquisition of IBM Federal Systems for $1.5 billion in cash.
