David E. Limebrook has been appointed vice president, tactical marketing, for Times Mirror Cable Television in Irvine. He was formerly marketing director. Limebrook joined the company in 1980 as a sales representative in the San Diego system. He was later named manager, national direct sales and director, group marketing and sales, before moving to the Orange County system in 1987. In addition, Eric P. Brown has joined the company as vice president, strategic marketing. He was previously with Cabason Inc., a San Diego management consulting firm he founded. Before that, Brown was vice president of product management at Bumble Bee Seafoods Inc.
