Lives of Pets, Kids Outweigh Coyotes’
Frankly, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at the bumbling by our city officials with regard to the coyote trapping ban.
The bottom line is this: The coyote population is growing too rapidly and they are killing our pets by the hundreds and stalking our kids like never before.
The animal-rights fanatics who whine incessantly about overdevelopment should have done so in 1964, not 1994. Perhaps they prefer to live with their heads in the sand, but for the thousands of us who are parents and pet owners, not on your life. Or theirs!
