For Bill Maynor, the three-pound rainbow trout he caught Monday represents a catch of a lifetime.
Maynor, of Bakersfield, used Power Bait to take the fish on the last day of the Isabella Derby at Lake Isabella in Kern County. The fish didn’t fight much, but it carried a tag worth $10,000.
