Irvine Law Firm’s Title Change Lists the Names of Five Partners
Ernest Brown & Co., a 16-lawyer firm based in Irvine, has announced a name change to Brown, Pistone, Hurley, Van Vlear & Seltzer.
The change, which took effect this week, reflects a desire to give greater recognition to the partners, said Ernest C. Brown, managing partner.
The firm focuses on construction and public works, environmental and technology law. Clients have included John Wayne Airport, the Anaheim Sports Arena, Fluor Daniel, the state of California and the counties of Orange and Los Angeles.
Brown formed the firm in 1989 with two other lawyers after he left the 70-lawyer firm Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth in Newport Beach.
