Albert J. Hillebrand has joined the Insco/Dico Group as corporate counsel-regulatory affairs. Before joining the Irvine surety underwriter, he was with ITT Hartford in San Francisco. Hillebrand also held positions with Blue Shield of California and Federal Home Companies in San Francisco, and served as an assistant attorney general in Michigan.
