** 1/2 Boz Scaggs, “Some Change,” Virgin. Lest anyone forget he was once a member of the Steve Miller Band, the Sultan of Suave begins his first album in five years with “You Got My Letter,” a sweaty, shirttails-out rocker that would do John Hiatt proud. The rest is shades of “Silk Degrees,” if even more subdued.
