Newhall Land Reports Sale of 83 Lots to Beazer Homes

Newhall Land & Farming Co., a Valencia-based developer of master-planned communities, said it has sold 83 residential lots of its new Valencia NorthPark subdivision to Beazer Homes of Sylmar. No price was released.

Beazer will build homes on the lots. Newhall Land has provided permits, utilities, roads and recreation centers. The lots are the first of 1,700 homes that Newhall wants to sell in Valencia NorthPark, which is the company’s second project within the 10,000-home North River development. Models of the homes are expected to open in September.
