A Dallas man was charged with setting his wife on fire by pouring gasoline on her and throwing matches to ignite her as she tried to flee from her Balch Springs home. Jonnie Robertson, 30, was charged with first-degree murder and held on $500,000 bond in the death of Sheila Robertson, 30. Police Sgt. B. W. Smith said that Jonnie Robertson had told officers “he just had a lot of anger and a lot of hate in him.”
