Tagging: Reading the Writing on the Wall
William Chavez fairly begs to be confronted on his tagging activities.
My only thought after reading his reason for tagging (Times, March 24) was why does Mr. Chavez feel the city of Long Beach owes him a job? Doesn’t he know times are tough right now for lots of people?
And his reason for feeling the city owes him a job is nothing but a veiled threat to do damage. I just can’t believe Mr. Chavez has no conscience at all.
His job should be to stay in school for as long as possible and prepare himself for a better future.
