C.C. Miller has joined Standard Pacific Savings in Newport Beach as vice president and loan service manager. She was formerly with Continental Savings of America in San Francisco. In addition, Denise Banner has been appointed branch manager. She had been with Pioneer Savings and Loan in Newport Beach.
