ANAHEIM : Racers to Take Laps at Walk for Water
The Orange County Water District will dive into Water Awareness Month with a 5K run and 1.5K walk in Anaheim on Sunday.
The Walk for Water will take place at Anaheim Lake, 3451 E. Miraloma Ave. The goal of the event is to raise awareness about water conservation.
The run will begin at 8 a.m., the walk at 9 a.m. The course circles Anaheim Lake, which is next to the Santa Ana River.
The entry fee is $20 for adults and $10 for children. Registered participants will receive a T-shirt.
