Attorney Thomas J. Borchard of San Juan Capistrano has been elected secretary of the board of directors of Good Shepherd Lutheran Home of the West. A member of Faith Lutheran Church of Capistrano Beach, he was elected and installed at a recent annual meeting in Denver.
