SEAL BEACH : City Council Runoff Election Is Today

Voters in the city’s Old Town district will go to the polls today in a runoff election for a seat on the City Council.
Incumbent Councilwoman Marilyn Bruce Hastings faces teacher and real estate agent Jim Klisanin.
Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Voters should go to the same polling place they used during the March general election.
