Rockfish Recover, Now Face Anglers

BALTIMORE —
Conservation efforts from Maine to Floria have brought the rockfish back from near extinction, a federal commission said.
In declaring the rockfish recovered, the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission cleared the way for relaxing catch restrictions that have protected the species since the early 1980s.
