VENTURA : Kinko’s to Move 125 Workers to Oxnard
Kinko’s Service Corp., the fast-growing international copying company, has announced plans to move 125 employees from its Ventura corporate headquarters to Oxnard.
The company has signed a seven-year, $4.9-million lease for three floors at the Oxnard Town Center office building, Kinko’s executive Adrianna Foss said.
“We’re all over each other here,” Foss said. “It’s helping with some of the gridlock.” About 375 people work at the corporate office. The company plans to eventually expand on the Ventura site, Foss said. The 125 affected employees work in the accounts receivable department. They will be relocated in August or September, she said.
Including the Kinko’s lease, the Oxnard Town Center building is about 90% leased, said Alex Woronovich of Grubb & Ellis Co., which put together the deal with Bedord Property Investors. That group purchased the five-story building in December.
