Library Adds Survey: The Newport Beach Public Library, which publishes a quarterly newsletter and offers other resources specifically to aid small-business people, recently added to its reference material a subscription to the “Value Line Mutual Fund Survey.” The survey provides information about the composition of mutual funds and looks at each fund’s performance over the previous one, three and five years.
