“Billy Lemon and the Warning” will kick off the city’s summer concerts in the park July 7 with 1950s, ‘60s and ‘90s music.
The free summer concerts, featuring a lineup of three bands during July and August, will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center, 16400 Brookhurst St. The concerts will take place on the north side of the recreation center.
Concert-goers can bring picnic dinners, lawn chairs or blankets.
The July 21 concert will feature the country-Western music of “The Randall Williams Band.” “Instant Replay,” which plays surf tunes of the ‘60s and classic rock ‘n’ roll, will take the stage Aug. 4.
