Eli Primrose-Smith of Los Angeles, managing administrative director and chief administrative officer of World Cup ‘94, was in Orlando on Friday during a tour of the nine venues and said she was amazed by the fans.

“These just aren’t the same kind of fans as American sports fans,” she said. “I’m used to Dodger Stadium and people leaving in the seventh inning. Here, they come early and stay in the stands for an hour or more afterward.”
