The Orlando venue, expected to be a hot spot for fan violence or disorderly behavior, has turned out to be beautifully secure and nicely policed. But not without some high overtime costs ahead.
Officer H.D. Hilin of the Jacksonville Police Department, brought in to help out, along with law enforcement people from all over the state, said he has a set shift for the 23 days he is in Orlando: “I work 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.”
