One of the more fascinating aspects of World Cup soccer is the work by KTNQ radio in Los Angeles. Since there are no timeouts in soccer, the announcers have had to do some fancy footwork when it comes to squeezing in commercials. So it freqently sounds something like this:

“Hagi running the left wing, he shoots . . . it goes off the right post . . . and how about those new Fords. . . . Driven one lately?”
