Adidas outfits all players on the German, Romanian and Bulgarian teams. Among the top players left in the tournament, Brazilians Romario and Bebeto and Swede Tomas Brolin are with Nike and Martin Dahlin is with Reebok.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Adidas’ share has dropped from 85% of all players in the 1970 World Cup in Mexico to 45% now. Nike and Reebok have gone from a combined 5% four years ago to 20% in 1994.
